Tom Sheahan: Is there promised legislation on the Equality Authority's funding? If not, I suggest there should be to get some clarity in the Cabinet with what is happening with the authority's funding. The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Deputy Gormley, claimed the authority's funding would be untouched and its decentralisation programme would cease.
