Ciarán Lynch: I will read out the text of the amendment, as it is closely related to amendment No. 5. The amendment proposes to insert the following in page 57: “(10) Nothing in this section shall be invoked by a head to impede, restrict or otherwise frustrate public access to the records held by the General Register Office in accordance with section 61 of the Civil Registration Act 2004.”.
