Finian McGrath: A Cheann Comhairle, you are missing the point. It is always the Taoiseach who must get up or the Government who allocates time. The Whips of all the parties should agree to a certain time for Independent TDs. It is called Dáil reform. We have been talking about it for years. Get real and get on with the job.
