Ciarán Lynch: Therefore, it is common practice for Members to be in contact with the Revenue Commissioners on an ongoing basis with regard to constituency tax difficulties. Is that not so?

Ciarán Lynch: The point is made, Deputy. I thank the Deputy for raising that, because in a previous occupation I worked as a literacy organiser. I am pleased that Deputy Boyd Barrett brought up the matter because the concept of plain English is an important issue for any Department.
