Seymour Crawford: I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the winding down of surgical and emergency services at Monaghan General Hospital without any viable alternative, which was highlighted by the most recent tragic death at the hospital where the patient had nowhere to go.
