Aengus Ó Snodaigh: The matter is related. We have had three Ministers dealing with the drugs strategy since this man died in 2006 as a result of the effects of products sold to him by a head shop. The family asked at the time that all that can be done be done to ensure that all mind altering-----

Aengus Ó Snodaigh: ------hallucinogenic substances are taken off the shelves. Another option would be the close these shops. It is not that this issue has not be raised previously. It has been before Government for four years at this stage. The legislative programme contains nothing to address this issue despite a promise by a former Minister with responsibility for the drugs strategy that it would be addressed.
