Jonathan O'Brien: There was the period from October 2009 up to June 2010 and then all those issues started to become apparent, work ceased, a fourth survey was carried out which identified the instability to the adjoining property and a decision was taken in October 2010 to knock that building and to rebuild it. Then a second contract was signed in March 2012.
