Mary Harney: Care of the elderly is one of the issues that must be addressed because in Dublin hospitals, in excess of 400 older people have been medically discharged but suitable alternative accommodation must be found on an ongoing basis for them. That is causing a major problem. I intend to give this matter all my energy until it is addressed.
