Before I come to Mr. Reynolds, one of the statistics we learned at this committee is that when we look at people who are doing PhDs, 40% or 41% of PhD graduates are women. After that, however, at professorial or high lecturing level, the numbers plummet. What can we do to try to rectify or change that?
