Pat Breen: I thank Mrs. Bensouda for coming before the committee. Ireland is a strong supporter of the ICC. Mrs. Bensouda's contribution was dominated by the issue of interference and tampering with witnesses and also the importance of relocation and co-operation. Are there countries which do not co-operate and is this a real issue for the ICC?
