Patrick O'Donovan: I accept Deputy Calleary's point. I can get clarification and if the Deputy wants we can revisit it on Report Stage. There is no problem. I do not think there is any attempt to conceal in the Bill. If there is any further clarification needed or if I need to bring forward amendments on Report Stage to tighten it up, I will have no difficulty doing so.
