Imelda Munster: The Department said at the start that there was a big uptake for the scheme and that the response was overwhelming. It is concerning that as of August of this year there were no deep retrofits completed. When the Department was doing the budget for 2022, did the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications say it would be able to spend that money?
