Thomas Pringle: Section 2(a), as per the amendment, mentions: "the person’s genitals, buttocks or anal region and, in the case of a female, her breasts". How would that affect trans members of the community? Would they be included in that?

When one cannot find an offence in law, it would mean that the Garda or the DPP would have to be inventive to have provision made for it there. To have it defined might be-----
