John Gormley: I understand that Kerry County Council is undertaking a strategic study with a view to optimising the delivery of wastewater infrastructure in up to 90 towns and villages in the county, including Cloghane. John Gormley: Schools are required to meet a range of public utility and other costs and the provision of resources for schools is a matter for my colleague the Minister for Education and Science. In relation to water charges, the Government decided in January 2008 to introduce transitional arrangements for charging schools for water services.
