Mary Butler: If I may interject, we cannot demand but we can certainly request, and we can state quite clearly the disappointment of the committee that both organisations did not attend. I expect that would be unanimous from us all and there is no issue in doing that. However, we cannot compel them to attend.

Mary Butler: It is a fair question but I respect the fact that Mr. Scannell probably cannot answer it. It is a question for IDA Ireland. We can state all this to IDA Ireland in the letter. We will allow Mr. Scannell to contribute; he might have something to add.
