Noel Dempsey: I can confirm that my Department has on hand a notification from Bus Eireann for bus passenger services in Ennis, County Clare. The notification has been examined and the Company has been asked on a number of occasions, most recently in October 2007 to supply information that is required before a decision can be made. This information is still awaited.
