Jackie Cahill: I apologise for my utterances but we are being told for a long time that things are going to be simplified and red tape is going to go out of compliance issues but in actual fact, each year brings more. I agree that this fertiliser register is necessary but it will create more bureaucracy and paperwork and that is unfortunately a consequence of it.
