Arthur Spring: I am keen to put some light on this for anyone watching. If the Exchequer was not seeking €25 million, it would be spending more than €50 million. Ultimately, we are carrying out a cost-saving mechanism. That makes a great deal of sense to a great many people and it puts some perspective on the issue.
