Terence Flanagan: I move amendment No. 4: In page 5, line 4, to delete "shall incur" and substitute "may apply to their election expenses". We have put forward this amendment in order to ensure consistency with other sections of the Bill. We suggest a change in the wording to "may apply" rather than "shall incur".
