Martin Ferris: Another issue is the point made by Mr. Boyle about the Government allocating quota. It can reallocate quota. It can do things for the common good if it so wishes. Perhaps that is a way we could find a little bit to give to island communities, perhaps 1% out of a multimillion euro industry for the 40 people, 50 at most, involved on the islands.
