Michael Fitzmaurice: Regarding the money, approximately €1 million, going to set up this body initially, will farmers be paying any of this cost in the form of a levy or anything like that? I ask this question because levies for many different things are now being applied to farmers. Will they be exempt from having to put their hands in their pockets in this regard? Things are tight enough for them....
