Terry Leyden: There are more than 1 billion Catholics in the world giving allegiance to the Holy See. Ireland must have a permanent representative in the Vatican. I, therefore, urge the Government to reverse its decision. No matter how long it takes, the Fianna Fáil Party will ensure it is reversed, either by the Government or it as part of the next Government.
