Louise O'Reilly: I have two brief questions. The first relates to what Dr. McCarthy said about not being allowed to record deficits. We had some discussion at the meeting on 19 June with regard to the impact this has. As Dr. McCarthy said, the organisations are businesses. In business terms, there is a name for that. I have no wish to be throwing it around but we know what it is. I wish to be clear....

Louise O'Reilly: The depth of the feeling expressed by the Senator is common throughout both Houses. When we are in our constituencies and advice clinics we are the people saying there is some support. I will invite a speaker from each group to make concluding remarks and we will close the session.
