Ciarán Lynch: I have one final item of business before we suspend the meeting prior to the Minister for Finance, Deputy Noonan's, arrival at 4 p.m. At the last meeting of the select committee in private session, I proposed that we would seek to appoint a resource consultant to help this committee to commence its work. Is that agreed?
