Paul Coghlan: Mr. Rowe mentioned Killarney, where, as it happens, I am from. I am wondering whether what he says is based on a survey rather than the votes or voices of parents. I served on a board of management there some years ago. I am not aware of what Mr. Rowe seems to portray as a need and I am wondering on what it is based.
