What is the Minister's plan to deal with the waiting lists? Are there targets in place to ensure we get the waiting lists down to manageable proportions?

One of the concerns she had was that it does not include specific recognition of restorative justice. Is that something Mr. Geiran is concerned with? Will he comment on that?
