Gerald Nash: I wish to deal now with some issues relating to the State Claims Agency and the establishment of the legal costs unit. I have been arguing for some time that such an approach should be taken. Am I correct in stating that this unit will deal with third-party costs from the Mahon and Moriarty tribunals and, potentially, those from the Smithwick tribunal?
