Robert Troy: I welcome the opportunity to contribute to this important debate. I do not agree with the Minister that all the opposition to the legislation is coming from this side of the House. I attended a public meeting last night and noticed that many of his party's activists were present. Those individuals were quite concerned about the legislation, as it stood.
