Áine Brady: I have explained what is allowed. There cannot be any reference to tobacco in any advertisements relating to the ID section. The other advertisement that is allowed is the one that has been outlined in the guidelines. I hope the Senator has seen the one that is officially allowed, stating that tobacco products are sold to people over 18 years of age only.

As all consumption of tobacco products is harmful to health, it is clear that the smoking of counterfeit cigarettes which look like cigarettes on which Irish taxes have been paid as they incorporate a forged Revenue stamp is also harmful.
