Paul Kehoe: If I wished, I could quote at length this evening from statements made by Fianna Fáil Ministers for Defence on the benefits to the Defence Forces of barracks closures but I will not. However, I will list the barracks closed by Fianna Fáil-led Governments over the last 11 years.
