How can we reduce the level of risk that people might be exposed to?

Bernard Durkan: I would support that. There is a need for a formalised system of interaction and exchange of views so that both parties are aware of where they are at, where they are going and what is required on an ongoing basis. It is necessary to know the restrictions in which the witnesses are expected to operate and their areas of concern as well as the concerns of the Department.
