Maurice Quinlivan: The problem with that is people in marginalised areas sometimes do not have the ability to check the register and if they do not get a polling card, they believe they cannot go to vote. I remember Mr. O'Leary on Live 95. I was on social media as well. We did not reach all the people we needed to reach.
