Maybe it could be pointed out in the letter that there is quite an airing of this matter. I accept there are some good points in what Ms Keogh said.

It is possible to get round the legal consideration but I understand that it definitely has to be checked out. I agree with Senator Murphy's proposal. He has raised it before and it is good that he raised it again....
