Is it the case that the allowances to which I refer are not subject to audit by the Standards in Public Office Commission? In other words, they are not audited in any way, shape or form. The Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Deputy Cuffe, is sitting beside the Taoiseach.
