Paschal Mooney: I was only just curious. It is a minor detail as to why if the language says they have to know, whereas in this instance it did not matter, it was irrelevant whether he knew. The actual act was a criminal offence and the judge found accordingly and the convicted person is awaiting sentence. Let us see what happens.
