Maria Bailey: I would presume the builder would take cognisance of what the recommendation is. I am only presuming that. Hopefully, we are not going back to the way it used to be and the builder would take cognisance of the advice. If they do not, the assigned certifier cannot sign off on the final product, so to speak, or dwelling or building.
