Before I hand over to members, who I am sure will have a lot of questions on what is a very comprehensive programme, I ask the Tánaiste to comment on David Cameron's pledge today to hold a referendum on Britain's membership of the EU. He has pledged to hold an in-or-out referendum between 2015 and 2017.
