We still retain a 14-year jail sentence for somebody who might assist somebody to have an abortion at 13 weeks, for example, which is really dangerous. We do not have a facility to write in an amendment saying a law will be brought forward. This is the way we are doing it. A report could be brought forward saying the issues are being addressed in impending legislation next month....
