Joan Burton: It is on the pink sheet but I have no confidence that we will see it. Why can that not be brought in? Fragile jobs in fund management are now very competitive world-wide. This is a small competitive disadvantage that the Government is imposing on jobs in the finance sector by simply failing to legislate for this. Why not bring it in next week? It is not difficult legislation.
