Michael Fitzmaurice: There are 42,000 lorries on the road and 20,000 of those cannot get the rebate or €100 a week. If I own a mill and I bring the meal to a farmer, I cannot get it because I do not need a haulage licence because I am hauling my own goods. If I own a quarry and am bringing it down, I cannot get it. They should be included in it. Is Mr. Flynn from an English company or what is the set-up?
