Norma Foley: The Deputy will be aware that the project to which he refers has been devolved for delivery to the Office of Public Works (OPW). I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the project was recently approved to proceed to the Construction Stage. The OPW is currently finalising the appointment of the contractor and once this has been completed the project will commence on site.
