Maurice Quinlivan: I have a few quick comments and questions. Mr. Gloster spoke about the a front door policy which will hopefully open in October. He made the point that he wants it to be a simple process but getting there might be complex. I ask him to expand on what will be the complex issues before the HSE gets there. Could any of those delay it further?
