David Cullinane: With respect, a Cheann Comhairle, that was not the point I raised. My point was that I signalled very early on to come in on that issue, and six or seven Deputies who had signalled afterwards had the opportunity to come in but I did not. The Minister did not answer the question on those who were outside the Lansdowne Road agreement and what will happen to them subsequently.
