Andrew Doyle: Dr. Gaynor made that point already. The registration and the stud book was beyond the control of the IGB and the only way to deal with it was to go back to the drawing board and start again. That is how I interpreted it.

I am of the view that we are at the start of something and I thank all the witnesses and the members for their contributions and engagements.
