Tommy Broughan: I move amendment No. 32: In page 32, line 3, to delete "â¬2,000" and substitute "â¬5,000". We had lengthy discussions on this matter on Committee Stage. This amendment proposes to make the penalty up to the maximum District Court penalty of â¬5,000. I do not know if the Minister has given it any further consideration.
