Joan Freeman: Food Drink Ireland is paid for by 150 companies. It would set a very good example if it were to support a child obesity clinic. The saddest child in the world is one who is obese. Does Mr. McPartlan realise how few people read reports? He should consider that in the future.

Joan Freeman: On the possibility of a conflict, Ms Twomey stated that sugar, fat and so forth are not measured. Does that not create a conflict given that the companies make a payment to the ASAI? I apologise for putting Ms Twomey on the spot. Perhaps she will revert to the committee with an answer. I believe there is a conflict.
