The new tenant starts as a new customer with Irish Water in that premises. Alan Kelly: In Government amendment No. 24, when we get to it, we will be able to discuss the approach towards the eligibility of the water conservation grant. I presume Deputy Ó Cuív welcomes this grant and the fact that the people in rural areas, who he and I represent, now have the capacity through this grant to help out in various different ways in servicing their wells-----
