Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire: Happily, I have legislation before the House that would address this. The response I have received from the Department is that it is not necessary as there is no anomaly. Everything I have heard today suggests that is not the case and that it is for the Department to fix that. I hope I have the committee's support in regard to progressing that legislation.
