Joanna Tuffy: One school in my constituency is in the black in terms of its accounts and the parents' association will be buying extra whiteboards while another school will be in the red and obviously cannot do that. It is breaking down into a case of more affluent areas versus more disadvantaged ones, which is a real issue.
