Alan Kelly: I accept that the Deputies opposite have good intentions. However, I was very surprised by some of the contributions made. In fairness to Deputy Brian Stanley, on a number of occasions he has come to the House and reversed his comments on the water conservation grant. That was appreciated.

Alan Kelly: The Deputy has a good knowledge of rural Ireland. As they say, he is only up the road from me. However, I am surprised by Sinn Féin's position on the water conservation grant, but I note that it has rowed back considerably on it.
